Welcome to Cultivating Light, a space for healing, growth and renewal. I'm Erin, and it is my honor to support individuals, couples, and families on their journey—whether you're struggling, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a tune-up. It is my greatest hope that you’ll find a compassionate approach that nurtures both the heart and soul, helping you reconnect with your true self and move forward with strength.
My counselling practice is shaped by a unique path—from elite athletics to government-to-government relations. Competing at the highest levels taught me about pressure and resilience, while my years in government deepened my understanding of leadership and navigating complex systems. These experiences help me support clients in finding strength, clarity, and alignment in their own lives.
I love working with a diverse range of clients, each bringing their own stories, challenges, and strengths. I have a particular specialization in working with Indigenous communities, honoring the deep wisdom, resilience, and lived experiences that shape their journeys. No matter where you come from or what you are facing, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported in your path forward.

Beyond mental wellness counselling, I have experience in teaching, youth work, community outreach, and sports coaching, giving me a well-rounded perspective on people's challenges.
