Welcome to Cultivating Light, my counseling practice dedicated to supporting the well-being of Yukoners. My name is Erin, and I am honored to offer my services to couples and adults in this amazing community.
My journey as a counselor has been one of growth and transformation, enriching my perspective and deepening my empathy. I specialize in trauma processing, helping clients navigate the complexities of their past experiences with compassion and care. Additionally, I focus on addressing perfectionism, providing strategies to overcome the relentless pursuit of flawlessness and embrace self-acceptance.
My counselling practice is informed by my sports career, where I was an elite gymnast and a CrossFit Games competitor. This experience, along with spending 12 years in various government positions has given me a unique understanding of the pressures and challenges associated with striving for excellence, and the resilience and insight necessary to guide others on their journey to well-being.
At Cultivating Light, my goal is to empower individuals on their path to healing and personal growth, fostering resilience and cultivating a sense of light and hope in their lives.
